How do we do it?
We work with 57 of the best lenders in Canada. We get them to compete amongst each other to offer our clients the best rates, products and options. Clients benefit from our strong lender relationships built on top mortgage volume and our wicked awesome personalities.
Who are we?
We are a team of super smart women who love buying homes and sharing the best way to do it. We provide clients with a seamless process where every detail is managed. We are a synergized team that uses each of our strengths to best serve and educate our clients. We are real people who actually pay attention to our clients wants, needs and dreams.
Why did we get into this in the first place?
When we bought our first homes we did what young people do and followed our parents’ advice. But the options, housing market and mortgage regulations had changed since they had bought. While they meant well, the way they did things was quite outdated. When we think back to those first buying experiences the process felt uncomfortable but we didn’t think we had other options. We were not presented options, information or any real advice… the whole experience just plain sucked. This was the biggest financial decision of our lives and the truth is nothing about the process made us confident at all. Our clients get everything we didn’t, because you all deserve better!

The environment… we operate a paperless business and planted 199 trees in the last 4 months in honor of referrals we have received.

Community… we have collectively volunteered over X hours each year. In 2021 we donated over $5000 to local charities we care about such as Victim Services and Feed The Need.

Food & drink… we love all things food & try to support as many local restaurants as we can by eating at them. Um, have you tried the masala fries at Bollywood taco, savory crepe at FART Café or honey habanero cider from Slabtown Cider Co?

Music… there are always good tunes & a sing along is typically mandatory when you visit our office. Our Spotify account confirms 27058 minutes of music across so many genres we've listened to in the last 6 months.

Camping… Denise & Nicolee each have matching retrofitted boler trailers from the 70’s that they took on the road over 3000km’s in 2021- and the plan is to top that for 2022!
