We Hit Two Milestones in 2025. Here's What They Actually Mean.

This year, our brokerage network recognized us for two separate achievements: funding over $50 million in mortgages and completing more than 100 mortgage files in 2025. As part of that we also earned a third benefit of hitting 100% commission (fellow mortgage agents... if you are not with BRX feel free to ask questions about that)

We're proud of all these awards. But if we're being real with you, the numbers that matter most to us aren't the ones on the awards.

What $50M and 100 Files Actually Looks Like

Every single one of those files had a real family on the other side of it.

A couple finally getting into their first home after being turned down by their bank. A self-employed business owner who thought the mortgage world just wasn't built for them (we wrote a book on that, by the way). A family consolidating debt so they could stop losing sleep at night and start building actual wealth. A homeowner who didn't know they had options until they called us.

That's what those milestones are made of. Not numbers. People.
